Twinsburg Girl Swipes 8-Year-Old's Cellphone
A juvenile girl was arrested after stealing a cellphone from an 8-year-old boy at the library
It's hard for an 8-year-old to make important calls when his cellphone is stolen.
On May 6 a Twinsburg resident called police because a juvenile girl took her 8-year-old grandson's cellphone while he was at the Twinsburg Public Library.
Officers were able to find the girl, who eventually led them to the phone's hiding place.
