Twinsburg Man Loses Thousands in Fraud

The average person gets many phone calls in a day, good and bad. One local man got a terrible call on April 13.

Twinsburg police responded to a residence of White Ash Drive when the resident got a call from Ohio Savings Bank fraud investigators, telling him someone stole $3,900 from his checking account.

They tracked the IP address through the states of New York, New Jersey, and Georgia.

All transfers were stopped and the money was returned to his account.

Bank investigators are still looking into the case.
