Twinsburg Man's Identity Used to Buy Cell Phone
The man received an outrageous bill from Sprint and reported the identity theft to police

Most people really don't want to pay their bills, but one Twinsburg man had good reason.
The Merrian Lane resident got a a notice on Feb. 28 from Prompt Recovery Services, a collection agency for Sprint. The bill said he owed $405 for an unpaid phone bill.
After speaking to the company, he discovered someone bought a cell phone using his name, Social Security number and a bogus Cleveland address.

He filed a report with the police department and was told the bill would be removed and to monitor his credit.
