Unemployment Rate Increases in Summit County
Summit County isn't the only one seeing an increase — all 88 counties saw a higher unemployment rate in January.

In January 2013, the unemployment rate was 8 percent. In December the jobless rate was 6.2 percent in Summit County.
The highest unemployment rate is 15.3 percent in Pike County. Mercer County boasts the lowest figure at 5.3 percent, according to this chart.
