Water Cooler Argument Costs Man His Job, Threatens to Kill Boss

A man was fired from a Twinsburg business after arguing with another employee. As he left, he threatened to kill his boss

What seemed like a typical day at the office got real scary, real fast.

Twinsburg police were called to the office of Keltec Inc. on East Enterprise Parkway on April 5 after getting a call about menacing.

An unnamed employee was fired after he got into an argument with a co-worker at the water cooler and threw a watter bottle across the table in his anger. His supervisor fired the man, who was only a temporary employee.

The boss escorted him to his car and the man began driving away. As he left he began yelling at his now-former boss and said the next time he saw him, he would kill him. As he said this he made a gun shape with his hand.

Unable to find the fired employee, police called his sister to find where he was living, but they were unable to get in contact with him or find out his current address. Company records indicated the man was from Akron.
