• Caller's tip about erratic driver leads to drug arrest: Westlake Police Blotter (cleveland.com) — Westlake police recently arrested a man on Columbia Road after a caller reported his SUV swerving on I-90 and officers found suspected drugs and paraphernalia in the vehicle. In a separate incident the same day, an allegedly intoxicated 20-year-old Fairview Park driver crashed near St. Ladislas Church on Bassett Road and was arrested on OVI and marijuana charges.
   

• Westlake police find vodka bottles while arresting man accused of threatening woman (cleveland.com) — Westlake police arrested a 35-year-old man after a woman reported he threatened to "skin her alive" while she walked near Cedarwood Drive. Officers, who had contacted him the previous day for harassing a woman in a Westlake park, found open vodka bottles and learned he had an outstanding Pennsylvania warrant and prior protection orders.
   

• Shirtless man walking on I-90 exit ramp cited for disorderly conduct while intoxicated: Rocky River Police Blotter (cleveland.com) — A Westlake man was cited in Rocky River after police say they found him driving on Center Ridge Road with a suspended license and expired plates, then towed his vehicle. The same blotter details a shirtless, intoxicated man stopped on an I-90 exit ramp and a separate disorderly conduct arrest after a family dispute involving a thrown cat.
