Burglar Smashes Window, Steals Merchandise From Westlake Store

The public is being asked to help identify and catch a suspect in a burglary in Westlake.

WESTLAKE, OH — Police are asking the public for help finding a man who broke into a Westlake business and stole merchandise.

The man smashed a window at Bradley Beverage, on Center Ridge Rd., and climbed inside the store. He stole cigarettes, alcohol and other merchandise from the business.

The break-in happened overnight, between June 11 and June 12, a police spokesperson said.

The man wore a mask during the burglary, according to surveillance footage from inside the store. However, he also wore glasses and had a distinctive tattoo on his left arm, just above the elbow.
