WESTLAKE, OH — Condado Tacos will celebrate its grand opening in Crocker Park on Dec. 12. The celebration starts at 11 a.m., with a ribbon cutting, followed by dine-in specials throughout the day, including half-off margaritas and a free taco with each person's order.

Condado will be located at 203 Market Street and is part of Crocker's Phase 3 development. The restaurant will be next to Sur La Table and across from Lululemon.

Condado is known for its build-your-own taco option, which allows customers to choose toppings, proteins, shells and sauces. The restaurant has expanded its Midwest presence rapidly, opening its first location in Columbus in 2014, and now boasting 15 restaurants.

“We are thrilled to welcome Condado Tacos and their fun, upbeat atmosphere and passion for delicious tacos to our Phase 3 section of Crocker Park,” said Stacie Schmidt, vice president of marketing for Stark Enterprises. “Not only is their food delicious, but their approach to serving customers and allowing light-hearted fun is a welcoming addition to our incredible collection of dining options!”

With an interior aesthetic inspired by street art, the Crocker Park location will feature a watery theme, namely: what's under Lake Erie? The answer may surprise guests...a shopping mall.

Diners will be greeted by underwater fancy mall shoppers and taco eaters on the walls. According to a Condado spokesperson: "Under the Cleveland skyline is the 'parking lot' where an abandoned "Condawgo" Browns van sits. You'll also see other fishy characters enjoying the surroundings of various other Cleveland staples, including an RTA train and Condado's version of the Vermilion Lighthouse."
