Crocker Park Adds Free Wi-Fi

Visitors will now be able to hop onto complimentary Wi-Fi when they visit the Westlake shopping center.

WESTLAKE, OH — The Crocker Park shopping center will now provide Wi-Fi services for visitors, along with new tools and apps for customers. The new Wi-Fi is up and running, the complex said.

“We certainly had a need to make public Wi-Fi a free, accessible item for each of the 20 million + visitors that come to Crocker Park each year,” said Stacie Schmidt, vice president of marketing & communications for Stark Enterprises.

To bring Wi-Fi to its customers, Crocker Park worked with We Build Apps. Using We Build Apps' model, when customers log onto the free Wi-Fi they'll be invited to sign into their social media accounts, where they will receive directions and other information about the complex.

“We brought Crocker Park into the 21st century – online and unified,” says WBA’s President, Rodney Colley. “They wanted free Wi-Fi for their guests accessible everywhere on property. In short, WBA sought to provide the service and in turn get actionable information back from visitors – Crocker Park retail tenants could use to push relevant promotions directly from the cloud to shoppers’ smart phones.”
