Destination Maternity Now Open at Crocker Park

Destination Maternity says it all in the name. The store at 220 Crocker Park Boulevard for expecting mothers is stocked with dresses, jeans, tops and all of the essentials to dress for pregnancy.

"The idea is that people can wear what they were wearing before and look just as beautiful and as cute as what they were wearing before they got pregnant," said store manager Jen Kirk.

Destination Maternity carries international brands like French Connection and Sanctuary

There are also lines just for pregnant women like Heidi Klum's Loved and Lavished and more from A Pea in the Pod

"There’s nothing on the west side at all, so we had a lot of our clients frustrated when they were going to the east side location that they had to drive 45 minutes to an hour to get what they wanted," Kirk said. "And it’s a little bit difficult to buy maternity clothes online because you can’t try them on."

And even after pregnancy, Destination Motherhood has nursing bras, tank tops, sleepwear and dresses. The store even has fake bellies you can try on with the clothes, just to make sure it will be a good fit as your baby grows.

“It’s so that they don’t have to waste a bunch of money on something that might not look right,” Kirk said.
