Details On Westlake Schools' Free, Reduced Price Lunch Program
Children from families whose annual income is at or below the Federal Income Guidelines are eligible for free and reduced price meals.

WESTLAKE, OH — The Westlake Schools will again offer a free or reduced price lunch program for children in-need. The program is open to students whose family's annual incomes is at or below Federal Income Eligibility guidelines.
Applications for the program are available in the building secretary's office in each Westlake school. The applications can be filled out and returned for free.
To be considered for the program, parents will need to provide some information to the school district. "Households which currently receive Special Nutrition Assistance Program Benefits (SNAP, formally known as food stamps) or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) funds for a child must provide the child’s name, the SNAP or TANF 7 or 10 digit case number and signature of an adult household member on the application," the district said.

If any of the above information is missing, the school district cannot process the application.

Please call 1-800-324-8680 for more information or to request an application," the district said.
