Do You Want to Improve Your Mentoring Skills?

Westlake, OH - Join Westside Advanced Toastmasters in Westlake on Saturday, July 7, 2018, as Jolyn Brown Redic, ACB, ALB, presents “Mentoring” Since 1994, the club has been dedicated to helping people become more advanced speakers and leaders.

“If you’re complacent or fail to grow, you’re going to be stuck while everyone else is passing you by. For me, when I moved to corporate, I had to learn different skills. My job was so different from what I’d always done before. I needed help to learn what I didn’t know,“ says Redic.

Redic will lead a presentation to help you learn and develop effective mentoring skills including the essential qualities of a mentor and the crucial steps in the mentoring relationship. In addition, you’ll learn about the rewards gained by serving in this important leadership role.

The meeting will begin promptly at 9:15AM at the Westlake Porter Library (27333 Center Ridge Road in Westlake). Refreshments will be served. Join us to learn how Toastmasters will help you become an advanced leader and speaker!

Westside Advanced Toastmasters was established in 1994 and is a part of District 10 Toastmasters, which covers Northeast Ohio. The club meets the first Saturday of every month at the Westlake Porter Library from 9:15AM to 11:15AM. Guests are always welcome.
