A memorial service for Dr. James P. Frackelton, 85, of Westlake, who died Nov. 30, has been set for Saturday, Jan. 12.
Dr. Frackelton was the beloved husband of the late Marilyn. He is survived by children David D. Frackelton (Marta Mellinger), Scott P. Frackelton, and James R. Frackelton (Lori O.); stepson Marshall B. Wenger (Susan); and grandchildren Alexandra, Gillian and Jera Frackelton and Jennifer Wenger.
The memorial service, which will be led by Rev. Justin Hildebrandt, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, at Jenkins Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Institute for Complementary Alternative Medicine (AICAM), 24700 Center Ridge Rd., Suite 370, Westlake, OH, 44145.
