Officers asked the man to get out of the car, and when he started walking a folded up dollar bill dropped from his person. Police said they thought he was trying to covertly get rid of the bill because there was a white powder on it.
A K9 sniffing dog was brought to the scene. The animal helped police find other US bills with white powder on them. The powder was field tested and is believed to be cocaine.
