Thomas O'Reilly will be presenting "Chronic Disease Management" at 7:00pm. Registration, refreshments, and tours of Brighton Gardens will be available from 6:30-7:00pm. The one hour CEU through Lakeshore Educational & Counseling Services is valid for licensed social workers, nurses, & counselors.
