Goldfish Swim School begins construction on new West Side Cleveland location

Leading water safety and swim lesson school opens Fairview Park location to serve more families

Goldfish Swim School, Cleveland’s leading water safety and swim lesson school offering infant and child swim lessons, is pleased to announce that construction of a new 8,900 square foot Fairview Park location is currently underway. The newest addition to the Goldfish Swim School family joins a thriving East Side location (open since 2012) and dozens of other successful Goldfish locations throughout the United States.

Goldfish Swim School provides swim instruction to children ages 4 months to 12 years-old in a unique setting with highly trained instructors, small class sizes (max 4:1 student to teacher ratio), warm 90-degree pools, and a state-of-the-art water purification system. Families with kids of different ages and skill levels can conveniently have all of their swimmers in the pool during the same half hour time slot.

In addition to swim lessons, Goldfish Swim School of Fairview offers weekly family swims (for both members and non-members) and party packages. Facility highlights include an air conditioned viewing gallery for parents to watch lessons, a spacious family dressing area with private changing rooms, snack bar, retail shop and a warm, tropical décor.

Located at 21599 Lorain Road, Goldfish Swim School of Fairview will offer a wide range of swimming classes for all ages and skill levels at times that are convenient for every family’s schedule. Owners Michael and Sonali Morris and Robert and Vicki Pietrick currently operate the East Side Goldfish Swim School location and they saw a need for high quality swim instruction for families on the West Side. “We heard from many families who were traveling some distance to get to our East Side facility and we saw the opportunity to open an additional location to serve this growing, family-oriented community. We know the Goldfish Swim School model is the best one out there and we are excited to bring our proprietary, patented curriculum and systems to our new, state-of-the-art swimming facility here in Fairview Park,” says Michael Morris.

Goldfish Swim School of Fairview anticipates an early 2016 opening. Pre-register by visiting the website or calling (440) 333-5393. As construction of the facility continues, Goldfish is also actively seeking to fill positions for certified swim instructors, deck supervisors, lifeguards and customer service roles.
