Hyland Completes Expansion At Headquarters In Westlake
The construction added a third wing to the company's global headquarters in the city.

WESTLAKE, OH — Hyland has completed a large expansion at its global headquarters in Westlake, the business announced Tuesday. The construction added a third wing to the company's presence in the city, and brought the total footprint of its headquarters to 433,500 square feet, across 61 acres.
"When we relocated our headquarters to Westlake in 2002, we were a 200-person organization," said Bill Priemer, president and CEO at Hyland. "Since then, we've added thousands of team members locally and globally and become a best-in-class technology provider with thousands of customers around the world. This expansion supports our continued growth, providing our teams with unique, vibrant spaces to work and to engage with our customers and partners."
Hyland's Westlake headquarters is home to nearly 1,900 employees and three buildings. The expansion brought 450 new workspaces to the campus, renovated the Hyland daycare facilities and added new classrooms and playgrounds, and added more training facilities to the headquarters.

Hyland also touted the addition of an outdoor courtyard for employees and a new Customer Experience Center. The software company has been a frequent star on best workplaces in Northeast Ohio lists, partly because of its myriad features for employees, including an outdoor walking trail, basketball and tennis courts, two gyms, three diners, two salons, an arcade and a newly expanded Montessori-based daycare.
