Hyland Software Again Named Best Place To Work
The Westlake-based software company is a perennial contender for any and all "Best Place to Work" lists.

WESTLAKE, OH — Westlake-based Hyland has again been named to Great Place to Work and Fortune's 2019 Best Workplaces in Technology list. The company ranked No. 20 in the nation for its employee-centric culture.
"We're thrilled to be included on the Best Workplace in Technology list again this year," said Bill Priemer, president and CEO at Hyland. "This recognition reflects Hyland's focus on developing a fulfilling and inclusive work environment where employees feel empowered and valued. This effort is vital to our mission as a content services provider—propelling organizations to digitally transform in order to deliver better experiences to the people they serve."
This is the fourth straight year that Hyland has made the Fortune list. The company is noted for its work-life balance offerings, including on-site amenities to keep staffers healthy and engaged.

The Great Place to Work list was created using surveys distributed to more than 220,000 technology employees nationwide. The Great Place to Work company analyzed the responses to more than 60 questions and rated the companies.
