Westlake Company Makes Forbes' Best Employers List

Forbes Best Midsize Employers list includes 21 Ohio companies. Hyland was the second highest ranked company in the Buckeye State.

WESTLAKE, OH — Hyland Software is one of the nation's best midsize employers, according to Forbes’ annual rankings of best employers in the country. The software developer has a long history of racking up awards for being a great place to work.

Forbes’ rankings were released on Tuesday and include 500 companies that have at least 1,000 employees. Hyland was placed at No. 39 of 500. That's pretty impressive.

Last year, Fortune named Hyland one of the best 100 companies in America. The Westlake-based firm was one of only two Northeast Ohio companies to make the list (the other being Quicken Loans).
