Police said the man used a fraudulent credit card at a local sporting goods store. Now they need help identifying the suspect.

WESTLAKE, OH — Police are asking the public for help identifying and finding a man that used a fraudulent credit card at Dick's Sporting Goods in Westlake. The department released surveillance images of the suspect and are asking anyone that recognizes the man to contact police.

Westlake Police first became aware of the use of a fraudulent credit card at Dick's Sporting Goods in late June. The store complained about the transaction, prompting a police investigation.

The actual transaction with the fraudulent card seems to have taken place June 18, based on the date of the surveillance photos provided to the public. The suspect is wearing sunglasses and a V-neck T-shirt in the photo.
