Know This Suspected Credit Card Thief? Tell Westlake Police

The person pictured in these images reportedly stole a Crocker Park shopper's credit card and then used it at the shopping complex.

WESTLAKE, OH — Police are asking the public for help identifying a suspected credit card thief. The suspect reportedly stole a Crocker Park shopper's card and then began using it fraudulently, Westlake Police said.

Images of the suspect were released on Friday. The pictures can be seen above this article. If anyone recognizes the female suspect in the images, they are asked to contact the Westlake Police Department, on the non-emergency phone line, at 440-871-3311.

The theft reportedly took place on July 2 at about 3:30 p.m. the victim said they were shopping at a Crocker Park store and, after checking out, left their credit card in the card reader. Police said surveillance footage showed a woman taking the card shortly after it was accidentally left.

Additional footage shows the woman then using the card at another Crocker Park store, police said.
