Lifehouse to Headline Westlake's Crocker Rocks Music Fest

Internationally known band Lifehouse will headline the Crocker Rocks Music Fest on Sunday, June 26 at Westlake’s Crocker Park. The day promises to be a celebrational block party featuring all kinds of entertainment.

Local bands will play throughout the day to lead up to Lifehouse’s performance, kicking off at 2 p.m. The performances will all be free, with Lifehouse headlining at 7:30 that evening.

“It only makes sense that as our property continues to evolve, so too do our events,” said Stark Enterprises Director of Communication Lisa Schwan in a press release. “Crocker Rocks will be the largest concert we’ve ever held at Crocker Park and the result of many requests made by our guests and fans on social media. We heard what they had to say and are thrilled to bring this internationally-acclaimed group to perform at no charge to the public.”

The day also promises various food trucks, interactive vendors, roaming entertainers and a beer garden to fill the streets and keep the party going all day.

“To bring an internationally famed band to the property for a free performance, that’s pretty exciting,” said Director of Marketing for Crocker Park Dan Crandall.

Crandall also revealed that Thriller BMX will be doing demonstrations throughout the day. He encouraged people to anticipate more exciting details yet to be revealed.

“Stay tuned,” Crandall said. “We’re working on what beers we will have and our charity. We will be building everything on social media so there’s still more to come.”
