Meet The Ohio State Buckeyes T-ball Team

These t-ball players are mostly in the kindergarten and first grade, but who knows? Maybe they'll be the star athletes on their high school team.

And the kids aren't the only ones have a good time out on the diamond. The coaches are having a blast teaching youngsters the basics of baseball.

"The best thing about coaching T-ball is seeing the kids having fun out there, but more importantly seeing how much they learn," said coach Dan Havelka. "All of the kids have gotten better game after game. Some of the kids couldn’t hit, couldn’t throw, couldn’t catch but everyone’s dong a great job now so it’s just fun watching them progress."

Coach Nicholas Lucarelli agreed that the best part of coaching is seeing the players have fun.

"The kids have a blast; they have a great time," he said.

Craig Catanzarite said he loves seeing the kids learn the game and pick up on the little things.

"It's great watching the kids learn something that they weren’t able to do before," he said.
