Menchie's Reopening Westlake Shop

WESTLAKE, OH — Menchie's Frozen Yogurt is reopening seven Northeast Ohio locations, including its Westlake shop.

The reopened stores will have a new full-service system and set pricing (instead of paying by weight). To commemorate the reopening, the stores are taking part in a seven-week Menchie Meet & Greet Tour and "Toppings Tuesday."

Menchie's revamped its store experience to ensure a safe and smooth process for customers. Shops have been re-constructed with socially distant floor markers, checkout counters and a smooth line system flowing from entrance to exit.

When customers arrive, they'll be asked to pick their flavors of yogurt and toppings and design their treat from a pre-priced menu. Customers can watch as their yogurt cups are put together by Menchie's staff.

Menus will be displayed on walls so visitors can see special flavors, pricing and choose toppings before they're asked to create their treat.

Beginning Aug. 3, Menchie's will start its Meet & Greet tour. The store mascot will travel to different shops, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Mondays. During the visit, customers can enjoy a buy one, get one half off deal, as well as participate in giveaways and prizes.

The tour comes to Crocker Park on Aug. 10. The Westlake Menchie's is at 24 Main St.
