Meth Found In Westlake Motel Room
Police said they found rolled dollar bills and lines of powder inside a motel room in Westlake.
WESTLAKE, OH — Meth was found in a Westlake motel room during the last days of September, police said. Officers took one man into custody for possession of the narcotic.
On September 29, at 11:20 a.m., an officer saw a suspicious car in the parking lot of the Super 8 Motel on Sperry Road. The officer investigated the car and discovered it belonged to a 41-year-old man inside the motel.
The man spoke to police in his motel room. Officers saw evidence of drug use in the room and then found methamphetamine. Officers found rolled dollar bills and lines of powder in the room, according to a Westlake police spokesperson.

The 41-year-old man, from Berea, was taken into custody on suspicion of felony possession of meth.
