Parking Meters Installed At Promenade Near Crocker Park
The meters will create designated "in-and-out" quick visit spaces for visitors, a spokesperson told Patch.

WESTLAKE, OH — Parking meters have been installed at select spots in the Promenade parking lot, near Crocker Park. Stark Enterprises, the company that owns and operates the Promenade and Crocker, said the meters are designed to provide for quick "in-and-out" visits.
"We strive to accommodate all patrons at Crocker Park, and having these meters helps those patrons looking to make a quick trip. For those patrons looking to stay at the property for longer periods of time, we have eight free parking garages located around Crocker Park available to the public," a Stark Enterprises spokesperson told Patch in an email.
The meters are all near premium spots in front of the storefronts that abut Crocker Park, including Zoup!, Bruegger's Bagels, and others.

Patch readers have questioned the installation of the meters, with one reader calling the decision "terrible." Still, the parking situation at the Promenade is frequently a crowded affair, with few open spots and a heavy rotation of moving traffic.
"We are always looking to improve everybody’s experience here at the property, and we feel this change will help anyone visiting going forward," the Stark Enterprises spokesperson said.
