Patricia Bridget Slomka, 61, died Tuesday.
The funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Angels Church at 3644 Rocky River Dr. in Cleveland.
The interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Chambers Funeral Home, 4420 Rocky River Dr. in Cleveland.
