One woman will be named Ohio's rose and will win a trip to Ireland on Saturday.

WESTLAKE, OH — The annual Ohio Rose Selection Night will be held at Crocker Park on Saturday. Judges will select the 2020 Ohio Rose during the event and determine who will travel to Ireland in August for the 2020 International Rose of Tralee Festival.

The event begins at 6 p.m., with a VIP reception. The general admission reception starts at 6:45 p.m. and the selection program begins at 7:30 p.m. VIP tickets are $125 and general admission tickets are $65. Ticket-holders will receive access to an open bar, heavy appetizers and valet parking. Tickets can be purchased online.

This year, 11 women have applied to become Ohio's rose. Should they win, they'd secure a trip to Ireland and be an ambassador of Irish culture in Ohio for one year. Learn more about the contestants.
