Serial Voyeur Arrested By Westlake Police
The suspect is accused of photographing women at a Main Street store without their knowledge or consent.

WESTLAKE, OH - Police arrested a serial voyeurist on April 20. The suspect is believed to have illicitly photographed at least one woman while she shopped at a Main Street store in Westlake.
Jeffrey Brennan, 42, of Cleveland, photographed the Main Street store woman and other women from behind or underneath their clothes, without their knowledge or consent. Police recovered Brennan's cell phone and found photos that were all linked to April 10 and were located at or around Main Street.
Brennan was dressed that day in a grey untucked button down shirt, dark dress slacks, and wore his salt and pepper hair in a ponytail. If you were in the area on April and saw Brennan acting suspiciously, while in close proximity to a female, contact Westlake Police at 440-871-3311.

Brennan is currently under supervision in Berea for a 2016 Telecommunications Harassment conviction. He has also been convicted of Voyeurism and Possession of Criminal Tools, in 2006 through Akron Municipal Court, for Voyeurism and Possession of Criminal Tools in Elyria Municipal Court, and for Voyeurism in 2006 through Medina Municipal Court.
Westlake Police say he was also arrested in Arlington Heights, Illinois for Public Indecency.

Brennan is out on bond for this latest charge. He is not allowed at Crocker Park under the bond.
