Shoplifters Ignore Westlake Grocer, Steal Red Bull
A staffer at Giant Eagle spotted two shoplifters and told them to return and pay for the merchandise. The thieves ignored that plea and left
WESTLAKE, OH - Westlake Police are asking the public for help catching a pair of thieves that made off with $174 of merchandise from Giant Eagle, 30275 Detroit Rd. The majority of the stolen items were cases of Red Bull.
Actually, the thieves may be suffering from a chronic lack of energy because they stole 18 cases of Red Bulls from the grocery store. They were seen stealing the items by an employee. The staffer told the men to return to the store and pay for the items and the suspects decided to ignore the worker and leave with the energy drinks.
The car the pair are seen driving in the pictures above and below is registered to an elderly woman.
