A Northeast Ohio police department investigated two suspicious men at a local hotel. What they found led to two arrests.

WESTLAKE, OH — An alert police officer made a pair of drug arrests on Jan. 14. Westlake Police said they found a "significant" amount of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on two men from Northeast Ohio that were staying at a local hotel.
Last week, an officer was called to a Sperry Drive hotel for reports of suspicious people. An officer spoke with a 39-year-old from Cleveland Heights and a 48-year-old from Avon. It was soon clear that they pair had some illicit substances in their possession.
The Cleveland Heights resident had a "significant" amount of Methamphetamine in his car, police said. The Avon resident had drug paraphernalia, including glass pipes, cut straws, and rolled up pieces of paper with drug residue.
