St. John Medical Center Earns Two Prestigious Awards for Patient Care

WESTLAKE, Ohio-- St. John Medical Center’s legacy of compassion and patient care have been recognized by two prominent health care evaluation groups this month. St. John received a four-star rating for patient satisfaction from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and an “A” rating for patient safety form the Leapfrog Group--the highest possible score.

President and CEO William Young Jr. Stresses that the awards further demonstrate St. John Medical Center’s ongoing commitment to care, something the staff strives for each and every day.
