Sushi Restaurant Opens In Crocker Park
Blue Sushi Sake Grill will welcome its first customers on Tuesday.

WESTLAKE, OH — Blue Sushi Sake Grill opened in Crocker Park on Tuesday.
This is the first Ohio location for the Nebraska-based restaurant chain. The menu offers only 100 percent sustainable ingredients, cold sake and puts it all into an energetic and fun atmosphere.
The restaurant will be located next to Hyatt Place Hotel, in the shopping complex's Comet Alley. Approximately 65 jobs will be created by the restaurant. The restaurant is still looking to fill out its roster of employees and interested candidates can apply for a position online.

Blue Sushi Sake Grill will be open for lunch, happy hour and dinner. There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday. The hours for the Westlake location are below:
- Mon-Thu: 11 AM-9:30 PM
- Fri-Sat: 11 AM-11 PM
- Sun: 12 PM-9 PM
