There's a water line break at 3012 Walter Road, Westlake Police reported shortly after 1 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
The city's Service Department has closed the southbound lane between Framingham Drive and Meadow Lane. It will be closed most of the afternoon.
The northbound lane is open.
