City Hall is locked but still operational
The doors at City Hall are currently locked but the city’s departments are still operational. We encourage anyone needing assistance to call 440-871-3300 and, when possible, submit inquiries, requests and business-related documents to the appropriate department online or by email rather than coming to the facility in person.

As a result, we are informing residents and those who conduct business with the city not to come to City Hall for the purpose of paying bills – such as for sewer service – or for submitting documents related to construction projects and other purposes. The city is continuing to accept project bids with modified parameters, as explained HERE.
The City of Westlake is assessing how best to continue to conduct essential business activities and provide necessary services while following the Stay At Home Order from the Governor’s Office and guidance regarding essential personnel. As always, thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
