Westlake Pre-School Earns 5 Star Rating
The 5-Stars mean the preschool meets the quality standards of the Department of Job and Family Services and the Ohio Department of Education

WESTLAKE, OH - The Westlake Early Childhood Program at Hilliard Elementary School earned a 5-Star Step Up to Quality rating, the highest rating achievable in the program.
Step Up To Quality is a five-star tiered quality rating and improvement system created to recognize and promote early learning and development programs that meet quality standards over and above the health and safety licensing requirements.
The 5-Star Award means Westlake’s preschool program meets the quality standards of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and the Ohio Department of Education.

Westlake’s preschool program serves children ages three to five who demonstrate developmental delays or disabilities in language development, motor skills, cognition, socialization, behavioral/emotional growth, and/or adaptive behaviors, as well as typically developing peers.
Westlake’s 5-Star rating is good through October 2019.
