Woman Uses Credit Cards Stolen In Westlake Break-Ins
Police said someone smashed the windows out of two cars in Westlake and stole credit cards from inside. Do you recognize the suspect?
WESTLAKE, OH — Police are looking for a woman who used credit cards stolen during Westlake break-ins to buy Visa gift cards. The credit cards were taken after someone smashed the windows on cars and stole purses from inside.
On October 19, a couple parked their car at the Bradley Roads Metroparks and went for a walk. When they returned, someone had broken a window on their car and taken their purse and wallet.
Two days later, on October 21, a customer at Orange Theory Fitness, on Detroit and Bradley, reported that someone smashed her car window while she was in the fitness center. The customer's purse was stolen.

In both cases, credit cards found inside the stolen purses were later used to buy Visa gift cards from local drug stores. Investigators have obtained pictures of the woman who used the stolen credit cards and are hoping the public can identify her.
Police said the woman is also linked to thefts in neighboring cities.
