Workout Studio Opening Westlake Location

WESTLAKE, OH — SPENGA, a workout studio, will open a location in Westlake in early 2020. The studio focuses on merging spin classes, strength training and yoga, in the same 60-minute session.

A grand opening, ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held when the studio opens. SPENGA will be located at 30100 Detroit Road, suite 126.

"We are excited to bring a workout combining the three most important aspects: cardio, strength and flexibility to Westlake," said Tina and Nishit Shah, SPENGA Westlake Owners.

The SPENGA studio will have instructors guide members through a 60-minute workout which combines spin, HIIT strength training and yoga. The company said the workout will boost endurance, strengthen muscles and restore the body.

Sessions will be offered daily, from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Prices range from $79 per month, to $159 per month for unlimited sessions. Studio tours and membership rates can be discussed at 440-490-6011.
