New Innovation Center Expands TCTC Opportunities; Big Concerts Coming to Valley (businessjournaldaily.com) — Youngstown's Board of Control has approved a $1.27 million state grant to build new roadway access into the Crab Creek industrial corridor, improving connections between Route 62, Albert Street and North Garland Avenue for local drivers and businesses. At the same time, the Mahoning Valley's entertainment calendar is heating up, with Nelly at Covelli Centre and Elvis Costello at Packard Music Hall.

Nelly Concert at Covelli Centre Rescheduled (businessjournaldaily.com) — If you bought tickets for Nelly's upcoming show at Youngstown's Covelli Centre, you'll now need to plan for the new Dec. 11 date, as Sunday's concert has been postponed. Your existing tickets remain valid, and refunds are available for 30 days if you can't make the rescheduled performance.

Youngstown native wins an Emmy for 'Beef' (tribtoday.com) — A Youngstown native and Ursuline High School graduate just brought home an Emmy for sound mixing on the Netflix series "Beef," shining a national spotlight on local talent.
