The Youngstown State University Board of Trustees conducts its regular quarterly meetings Wednesday and Thursday, March 4 and 5. Unless otherwise noted, meetings are in the President’s Suites in Kilcawley Center on campus:

Wednesday, March 4: 11 a.m. Governance Committee; 11:30 a.m. Academic Excellence and Student Success Committee; 12:30 p.m., Institutional Engagement Committee; 1:30 p.m. Investment Subcommittee; 2 p.m. Audit Subcommittee; 2:30 p.m. Finance and Facilities Committee; 3:30 p.m. University Affairs Committee; 5 p.m. Executive Committee.

Thursday, March 5: 10 a.m., regular Board of Trustees meeting, Trustees Meeting Room, first floor of Tod Hall on campus. A reception will be held after the meeting in the lobby of Tod Hall to recognize outgoing trustees Dave Deibel and Rocco Core.
