• Stanford III, Olszewski are champs at Firelake Junior Open (golfoklahoma.org) — A young golfer from Goldsby, Owen Malone, placed fourth at the Firelake Junior Open in Shawnee, shooting impressive rounds of 67 and 71 against top juniors from across Oklahoma. The boys title went to Edmond's Ainslie Stanford III in a playoff, while Oklahoma City's Mary Mills Olszewski captured the girls division.
