Police say 16-year-old admitted to killing man as he slept (kfor.com) — Oklahoma City police say a 16-year-old is jailed on a murder complaint after allegedly admitting he fatally shot his neighbor, 58-year-old Harold Stanley, as Stanley slept in his apartment. According to investigators, the teen had been drinking and smoking marijuana, briefly threatened another neighbor, then spent about 20 minutes in Stanley's unit before the shooting. A woman in the apartment escaped, called 911, and was later struck with a pistol.
