D.L. Lang is an internationally published poet whose work appears in 100 anthologies globally, including the upcoming Songs to Woody by Cowboy Jamboree Press. Her work has also been published in California Quarterly, Suisun Valley Review, and Emerge Magazine. She is the author of 18 books of poetry, most recently Cavorting Havoc. She grew up in many places, including Enid, Oklahoma, but now resides in Vallejo, California where she served as poet laureate from 2017 through 2019. She received recognition from the California State Legislature, Solano County Supervisors, and California Arts Council for her service as poet laureate. Her poem “American Dream” is archived on the moon as part of the Lunar Codex. She holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Oklahoma and Northern Oklahoma College.
