The Practice Lab is a weekend designed for yogis who are curious about their practice and ready to dig a little deeper.
Through strong movement, intelligent alignment, mobility, drills, and hands-on exploration, we'll investigate how the body moves, where strength and mobility meet, and how small changes can completely transform a pose.
Expect to work. Expect to play. Expect to learn something.
You don't need an advanced practice to participate. Every workshop will offer layers and options so you can explore from exactly where you are.
FRIDAY | 6:00pm | THE MOBILITY LAB
A strong, feel-good practice exploring active mobility through the hips, shoulders, hamstrings, and spine. We'll combine flow, longer holds, active mobility, and intentional opening to create more freedom in the body while maintaining the strength and stability that supports it. Think: less passive stretching, more understanding how to create usable mobility.
SATURDAY | 10:30am | THE FLIGHT LAB
This is where we turn things up. We'll break down the mechanics behind arm balances, inversions, transitions, and stronger standing postures through alignment, drills, repetition, and play. Learn where the strength actually comes from, how to organize your body more efficiently, and how seemingly impossible poses become much more approachable when you understand the pieces. Handstand is not required. Neither is an arm balance. Just a curiosity to learn!
SATURDAY | 2:00pm | THE BACKBEND LAB
Backbends aren't just about flexibility. We'll explore how strength, mobility, alignment, and breath work together to create more intelligent and sustainable backbends.
Starting with shoulders, thoracic spine, hips, core, and posterior-chain activation, we'll
progressively build toward deeper backbend variations with plenty of options along the way. Then we'll slow everything down with counterposes, breath, and a long savasana to integrate the weekend.
You can participate in individual workshops for $50 each, or get all three for a bundle price and walk away with a ton of new knowledge.
