The selected artist or team will collaborate with students at Douglass High School to create a ceramic mural in the community center’s natatorium.

The OKC Parks Willa D. Johnson Community Center will be located in Frederick Douglass Park at 900 N Frederick Douglass Ave., and is scheduled to open in 2022 after construction begins soon. See the full request for proposals for the art project here.
