Water Service Alert In Oklahoma City

Crews are working diligently to unfreeze system components and restore water service as quickly as possible.

The freezing temperatures have impacted treatment systems at the Stanley Draper water treatment plant, causing low water pressure or no water service for customers generally east of the Broadway Extension and south of the Oklahoma river.

Crews are working diligently to unfreeze system components and restore water service as quickly as possible. City officials expect low pressure to continue throughout the afternoon.

If you are in the impacted areas, please use water sparingly during this time. Avoid using high water use appliances or fixtures until normal service has resumed.
