  1. Authorities are investigating after a 13-year-old boy was shot and killed early Monday morning. The incident occurred at the Savanna Landing Apartments in south Tulsa, where police responded after neighbors called to report they had heard more than two dozen shots fired. The victim was pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital, marking the 60th homicide in Tulsa this year. (KOKI FOX 23)
  2. The City of Tulsa is offering free curbside Christmas tree disposal through the end of January. The city will take all trees, artificial or real, as long the tree is divided into four-foot sections, and ornaments do not need to be removed. The city's mulch site on 145th East Avenue is also accepting donations of live trees to turn into mulch. (KRMG)
  3. Several Tusla police officers have adopted puppies after they were left abandoned in a duffel bag at a QuikTrip on Sunday night. The responding officers immediately volunteered to provide safe homes to four of the five abandoned puppies. The fifth puppy went home with one of the employees at the convenience store. (News On 6)
