Here are the top stories today in Tulsa:

1. Tulsa Police are investigating the discovery of a body in a creek near Admiral and North Mingo yesterday afternoon. An AEP crew found the body while working and alerted police. Officers say they believe the man was homeless and died of natural causes. He is not believed to be any of the missing people from Turley. (KTUL)
2. In honor of Veteran's Day, the City of Tulsa is partnering with local organizations to help local veterans complete applications for the city's Emergency Rental Assistance Program. In-person signups will be held on Nov. 10 at Central Center at Veteran's Park from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. to noon, with both English- and Spanish-speaking volunteers available to help prospective applicants. Any renters within Tulsa city and county limits who need assistance with paying rent or utility bills may apply. (KTUL)
3. The first phase of the River Parks Authority's Turkey Mountain restoration project, which will "keep turkey wild" and help restore damage caused by erosion and over-use, is kicking off with a trail cleanup event today from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Trail construction begins on Nov. 15. (News On 6)
4. The City of Tulsa's 11th annual "Stock The Station" Food Drive will be a virtual event to help Tulsan families in need this holiday season by raising money for the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma. (Press Release Desk)
5. Former Tulsa County detention officer Velvet Robinson was arrested on Thursday after being accused of helping bring cell phones and drugs into the David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center. (KRMG)
