1. TCSO investigators identified 41-year-old James Hillary Williams' body which was found dead in an SUV in front of a Tulsa house. Police are still investigating the crime and ask anyone with information about the case to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS. (News On 6)
2. A Texas doctor who violated abortion law owns the Tulsa Women's Reproductive Clinic that is in a suit challenging five Oklahoma abortion laws that take effect on Nov. 1. One of the laws Dr. Alan Braid is challenging limits abortions to six weeks. A hearing is set to take place on Oct. 4. (Tulsa World)
