Here are the top stories in Tulsa today:

  1. Police say a 19-year-old is in the hospital on Tuesday morning after he was shot several times at a Tulsa apartment complex. Tulsa police are searching for the individual responsible.
    Officers received a call about a shooting at the Savannah Landing Apartments. Police say they believe five or six shots were fired from a small-caliber handgun. Police are currently unsure who the shooter was targeting, but believe that the victim had stepped in front of his sister to shield her from the gunfire. (News On 6)
  2. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, about seventeen percent of children between the ages of two and eight are diagnosed with mental or behavioral disorders. However, it finds only about half the children with behavior disorders get treatment. Part of that is because there aren't enough therapists to go around. "In Oklahoma, we know that preschool is one of the largest groups that get suspended and sent home from school and that tells us that we need to intervene early," says Child-Parent Psychotherapist Jennifer Wilburn.   3. A Tulsa man is accused of shooting a flaming arrow at a house with five people inside. (News On 6)
  4. The city and county of Tulsa will adopt Juneteenth as an official holiday. (KOCO Oklahoma City)
  5. A moving company replaced the Little Free Library that was stolen from a Tulsa daycare. (news9.com KWTV)
